Grade II listed façade

The Property Merchant Group and Hermes Real Estate appointed mTT as design and sustainability consultant  for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed façade, 187,000 sq ft prestigious office building. The success of the refurbishment was recognised when the building won the 2009 City Heritage Award for outstanding restoration of important listed properties within the City of London.
