500,000 sq ft mixed use development

The Blackstone Group employed mTT as design and sustainability consultants for this 500,000 sq ft mixed use development. The project comprised a 33 storey, 1,200 bed student accommodation building with an additional 50,000 sq ft office and 20,000 sq ft of retail space. At 105 metres it is one of the tallest student accommodation buildings in the world. Technologies include natural ventilation with strategic high performance glazing and community heating incorporating combined heat and power.
