Murano/Maze Grill

DESCRIPTION:

Maze mTT were employed by Marriott to undertake the services design for the refurbishment and expansion of the Gordon Ramsay restaurant. This required close coordination with Marriott, Gordon Ramsey Holdings and the interior designer.

Murano mTT were employed by Gordon Ramsay Holdings to undertake the detailed design of the engineering services for this new restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair.

BMW

DESCRIPTION:

Over two separate projects, MTT designed the engineering services for a brand new showroom, and the creation of a new servicing and repair facility within an existing warehouse. The showroom was fully air conditioned using displacement ventilation combined with underfloor cooling.

499 Oxford Street

mTT were employed to upgrade and replace all the shell and core services of this 110,000 sq ft prime location retail space at the Marble Arch end of Oxford Street. The initial employment was to create a combination of 1,2 or 3 units of attractive/flexible retail space. Mid contract the property attracted Primark and the services were adapted to accomodate what is now their flagship London store, into a single unit.
