MTT were employed to oversee the design and construction of the engineering services for the refurbishment of two existing 15 storey buildings to create student accommodation and associated facilities for 900 students. This is one of many buildings forming our client's portfolio of ‘Nido' branded student accommodation buildings throughout Europe.

This mixed use development on the edge of the City of London comprises a 36 storey 1200 bed student accommodation building, with a 50,000 sq ft office building and 20,000 sq ft of retail space. MTT were employed from the initial feasibility stages, through to full detailed design of all engineering services and lifts.
