Capital International

This fit out for Capital International at 33 Grosvenor Place, London comprised 30,000 sqft of high quality open plan and cellular office space, boardroom, meeting rooms, kitchen, cafe and break out spaces.

Deloitte

Refurbishment of office space to create a high spec private client area that comprised a 40 seater cinema, private dining, lounge and meeting and conference suites. High specification lighting and AV was used throughout the space.

Nationwide (Pegasus)

Description

mTT were employed to carry out the full design of this prime office space for Nationwide Building Society. This 50,000 sq ft complete fit out comprised two floors of call centre facilities including all associated essential and critical power supply services as well as full design of a bespoke catering and restaurant facility.

The design and installation were undertaken whilst maintaining the clients existing operational facility within the building at ground floor level.

O2 Rugby

Cat A and Cat B designs for a new build to provide bespoke services for the end user client. The 50,000 sqft office comprised a 10,000 sqft data centre wtih dedicated UPS generator and coolnig, all designed for N+1 redundancy.
