mTT was employed to carry out the full design and building services for a phased refurbishment within existing 24 hour live hotel environment. This included refurbishment of existing guest rooms, conference facilites and fit out of a new Gorden Ramsay restaurant.

mTT was employed to design three prototype schemes to create a new boutique budget hotel brand, planned to be built in 38 locations spanning 17 countries across the Middle East, North Africa and India. Based on pre-fabricated room construction the prototypes covered variations from 150-400 guestrooms and up to 12 storeys high.
