90,000sq ft of new office space

Equity Estates appointed mTT as design and sustainability consultants for this development which created 90,000 sq ft of new office space. mTT was then appointed by the tenant, Roche Diagnostics, to design their bespoke fit-out requirements. The development is located in Burgess Hill, West Sussex and won the BCO Award for best fit out of a Workplace, South of England.
