…who are we

We are currently in our 12th year. From a starting point of one person working from a single desk in Twickenham, our international team of 45 people, and growing, now operate from our central London offices in Kingsway. We are now firmly established as one of London’s major Sustainability and Engineering practices.

We offer strategic advice to developers, owners and occupiers across all property sectors. We have all the expertise in-house, allowing us to provide a coordinated and efficient ‘total’ service for our clients.

As licensed assessors we offer BREEAM, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments (including Bespoke variants) across all sectors. We are also Level 5 Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and DEC registered assessors.

We employ Low Carbon Consultants and can produce Air Conditioning Inspection Reports in line with the statutory requirement.

Although based in London, we offer a worldwide service. In the past, we have successfully completed projects in Dubai, France, Croatia, Spain, Germany and Montenegro.

…what do we believe in

Quality but ‘keep it simple’………we don’t overcomplicate where it’s not necessary. The best engineering solutions are the ones that are easy to understand, simple to operate and can be maintained easily. 

We produce detailed and high quality packages of information and are very hands-on with regard to the management of our service. This results in value. We also try to add value by considering the implications of the engineering solutions, not simply with regard to the technical requirements, but with the clients aspirations in mind. We design solutions to satisfy the clients specific needs.

We also firmly believe that maintaining continuity of personnel throughout a project is valuable. Our clients benefit from the same members of our team having involvement from the bid stage through to handover.

...how are we structured

We believe that to provide a dynamic and pro-active service, smaller teams perform better than large cumbersome ones so we operate a group structure. Each group is led by a Director and within each group there are all the necessary professional skills to deliver. Groups also have strength in depth to maintain the quality of deliverables as workload increases. All Directors are ‘hands-on’. This ensures the client gets the benefit of their experience. Our Directors do not spend their day in meetings talking about the business; they pro-actively contribute to the delivering business.

This structure also enables us to train new team members the ‘mTT way’ at close quarters in a friendly team environment. They feel included and get exposure to every element of the project, gaining valuable experience along the way whilst developing a solid working relationship with their colleagues.
