Rolex appointed mTT as design and sustainability consultants for their new European Headquarters. Built on a green-field site this 54,000 sq ft building comprises office, assembly, servicing and distribution facilities. The buildings twin wall ventilated façade provides solar shading and increased security. Extensive façade modelling was used to determine optimum passive solar shading. Technologies include the use of the security moat for sprinkler storage and rainwater harvesting, chilled beam comfort control and extensive green roof and terraced areas.
